Large Barn: This barn is a 46’x228’x14′ concrete block structure. The perimeter foundation was added circa 2004 with complete construction and the barn was completed in 2013 with a total of 26 stalls, a center gravel aisle and a loft above the stalls. The real property shall be sold upon a non-refundable down payment of 10% of the total purchase price payable to the Master Commissioner, with the balance of the purchase price to be due and payable to the Master Commissioner within thirty (30) days after the date of the sale. The purchaser shall have the privilege, at the purchaser’s option, to pay all cash on the date of the sale. No later than 4:30pm prevailing time on Monday, November 14th, 2022 the purchaser shall deliver to the Master Commissioner of 509 Pleasant Street, Paris, KY, if the purchaser does not elect to pay all cash on the date of the sale, a purchase money bond payable to the Master Commissioner inn the amount of the unpaid purchase price, with surety to be approved by both the Master Commissioner and the Auctioneer, due thirty (30) days after the date of the sale, and to bear interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date until paid. Said bond shall have the force and effect of a judgement and shall remain a lien upon the property sold until fully paid.
