Tax Exempt Tax Exemption: If a bidder is tax-exempt, they must email online@harrisauctions.com prior to the auction ending. It is recommended to place a max bid or monitor the auction close, as email notifications may be delayed. Bidding Increments: Bidding increments vary by auction. Credit Card Policy Credit Card Requirement: A valid credit card is required to set up a bidding account. Authorization: By registering, bidders authorize Harris Real Estate & Auction to charge their credit card for the full amount of the purchase, plus a $25 “No-Show fee” if the account is not settled by the pickup deadline. Surcharge: A 3% surcharge will be added to the invoice total. Over $2000 Policy: Credit card payments will not be accepted for invoices over $2000. ________________________________________ 8.
