• Cash, check, or wire accepted

• 10% Buyer’s Premium applies

• Buyer’s Premium: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price of each item.

• Payment & Settlement: Full payment is required on the day of the sale. Acceptable payment methods may include cash, credit card, certified check, or wire transfer (as specified by the auctioneer).

• Removal & Pickup: All items must be picked up within 10 days of the auction date. Buyers are responsible for all loading, transportation, and handling.

• As-Is, Where-Is: All equipment is sold as-is, where-is with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Buyers are encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.

• No Returns: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

• Default: Any item not paid for in full or not picked up within the stated time frame may be forfeited and resold at the seller’s discretion.
