A 20% Buyer’s Premium will be added to all winning bids to determine the final purchase price.
The credit card on file with Hibid will be automatically charged at the close of the auction unless prior arrangements are approved.
Approved alternative payment methods (must be arranged prior to auction close):
Cash, wire transfer, cashier’s check, or money order.
- Invoices over $500 require ID verification
- Invoices over $1,500 must be paid by wire transfer
- 3% credit card processing fee applies
- $25 wire transfer fee applies
All invoices must be paid in full prior to item removal.
All sales are final – no refunds, returns, or exchanges.
2. AUCTIONEER’S RIGHTS
Harris Real Estate & Auction reserves the right to add, delete, combine, subdivide, or re-catalog lots at any time.
The auctioneer may modify sale terms, dates, or times due to technical issues, weather, or other circumstances.
The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid. All bids are binding contracts.
3. PICKUP, LOADING & REMOVAL
All items must be paid in full prior to pickup and removed during the scheduled pickup time.
Buyers are solely responsible for all labor, rigging, loading, and transportation. No assistance will be provided.
Items not removed by the deadline will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund.
4. SHIPPING
Shipping is only available when specifically stated in the lot description.
Buyer’s card will be charged for shipping, insurance, and handling. Harris Real Estate & Auction is not responsible for loss or damage in transit.
5. SALES TAX
Applicable sales tax will be collected unless a valid exemption form is submitted prior to auction close.
6. PROPERTY CONDITION
All items sell AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties expressed or implied.

7. BIDDING TERMS
Bidders must be 18 years or older and maintain an active Hibid account with a valid credit card.
Any bid placed within the final 2 minutes will extend bidding by 2 minutes.

Defaulting bidders may be prohibited from future auctions and held responsible for all collection costs, including attorney’s fees.
