Unless prior arrangements have been made, the credit card on file with HiBid will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction. Alternative payment methods, including cash, wire transfer, cashier’s check, or money order, may be accepted only if approved prior to the close of the auction.
Invoices exceeding $500 and paid by credit card require buyer verification. Buyers must provide a copy of their driver’s license and written authorization before a credit card can be processed. Invoices over $1,500 must be paid by wire transfer, and credit cards will not be accepted for balances exceeding this amount.
A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. A $25 wire transfer fee applies to all wire payments.
All invoices must be paid in full before items may be removed and no later than the payment deadline stated in the auction advertisement. A $25 no-show fee may be assessed if payment is not received by the designated pickup deadline. All sales are final with no refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Harris Real Estate & Auction reserves the right to add, delete, edit, combine, subdivide, or re-catalog lots at any time before the auction closes.
The auctioneer may modify auction dates, times, or other details due to technical issues, weather conditions, or emergencies.
The auctioneer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid for any reason. Employees and associates of Harris Real Estate & Auction may bid for themselves or on behalf of absentee or proxy bidders.
All accepted bids constitute a legally binding contract between the bidder and the seller. Unless specifically advertised as an absolute auction, all lots are sold subject to seller confirmation.
Pickup, Loading & Removal
All purchased items must be paid in full before pickup. Buyers are required to remove items during the date and time specified in the auction details.
Buyers are solely responsible for rigging, loading, dismantling, securing, transporting, and unloading their purchases. Harris Real Estate & Auction does not provide labor or equipment for loading and assumes no liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during removal.
Buyers must verify that all purchased items are present before leaving the pickup location. Any items left behind will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund.
Shipping
Shipping may be available only when specifically stated within the lot description.
When shipping is offered, the buyer’s registered HiBid credit card will be charged for shipping costs, insurance, and a $6.99 handling fee.
Harris Real Estate & Auction is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or missing once they are in transit. Buyers are responsible for filing any insurance claims directly with the shipping carrier.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that their shipping address on HiBid is accurate and current before the auction closes.
Sales Tax & Exemption
Applicable sales tax will be collected unless a valid exemption certificate has been provided.
To claim a sales tax exemption, bidders must email a completed exemption form to online@harrisauctions.com before the auction closes. A separate exemption form must be submitted for each auction event.
