TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the final bid and included in the transaction sale price.

All items are sold “AS IS” ‘Where Is”. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Items are open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinate factor. Harris Real Estate & Auction will attempt to describe the merchandise in all advertising but makes no representation. All Odometer or Hour Meter readings reflect readings as of the date of inspection are not guaranteed. Please make your own inspections. In no event shall Harris Real Estate & Auction be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. PAYMENT: All items must be paid for by wire transfer within 48 hours of the auction. Buyer is responsible for $25 wire fee. No equipment will be released until payment is made in full. Wire transfer information and an invoice will be emailed following the auction. Sales tax of 6% will be automatically charged unless the buyer notifies the auction company immediately upon the purchase of the buyer’s exempt status. This should be done by emailing harrisauctions@bellsouth.net with sales tax exempt information. Farmers who wish to be sales tax exempt on purchases of Farm Equipment to be used in production agriculture, or dealers purchasing any taxable item and wanting exempt status must fill out a form. All items shall be removed within 30 days of the auction unless other arraignments are made with Harris Real Estate & Auction. Items not removed within 30 days shall be subject to a $10.00/Day storage fee. Storage fees must be paid before items will be removed. Items not removed within 60 days or before storage fees exceed sale price – whichever occurs 1st – shall be subject to resale without notice or ramifications to Harris Real Estate & Auction
