• Credit card on file will be automatically charged at auction close unless prior arrangements are made
• Accepted alternative payments (must be pre-approved): Cash, Wire Transfer, Cashier’s Check, Money Order
• Invoices over $500 require ID verification before card processing
• Invoices over $1,500 must be paid by wire transfer (no credit cards accepted)
• 3% credit card processing fee applies
• $25 wire transfer fee applies
• All invoices must be paid in full prior to pickup
• $25 no-show / non-payment fee may apply
• All sales are final – NO refunds

⚖️ AUCTIONEER’S RIGHTS

• Auctioneer reserves the right to add, delete, combine, or re-catalog lots
• Sale times/dates may be adjusted due to technical issues, weather, or emergencies
• Auctioneer may accept or reject any bid
• Employees/agents may bid
• All bids are legally binding contracts
• Items sell subject to seller confirmation unless advertised as absolute

📦 PICKUP & REMOVAL

• Payment required before pickup
• Pickup must occur during scheduled times
• Buyer is responsible for loading, labor, and transportation
• No assistance or equipment provided by auction company
• Items left after pickup are considered abandoned with no refund

🚚 SHIPPING (IF OFFERED)

• Shipping available only if stated in lot description
• Buyer pays shipping + insurance + $6.99 handling fee
• Credit card on file will be charged
• Auction company is not responsible for lost or damaged packages
• Buyer must file claims with carrier
• Ensure shipping address is correct prior to auction close

🧾 SALES TAX

• Applicable sales tax will be collected
• Exemption forms must be submitted prior to auction close

• Soft close: bids in final 2 minutes extend bidding by 2 minutes
• Auction company not responsible for missed bids or email delays

• Items may be resold to next bidder
