2. Load Out / Pickup

  • Pickup Responsibility: Buyers must ensure all purchased items are accounted for before leaving the pickup site.

  • Pickup Requirements: Items must be picked up on the designated date, and only after full payment is received.

  • Rigging & Loading: Buyers are responsible for dismantling, rigging, loading, and transporting their purchases without assistance from Harris Real Estate & Auction.

  • Liability: Buyers assume all risk and liability for item removal and transport.


3. Tax Exemption

  • Exempt Bidders: Tax-exempt buyers must email documentation to online@harrisauctions.com before the auction ends. A separate form is required for each auction.


4. Shipping

  • Availability: Shipping is offered only on items explicitly marked “Shipping Available” in the lot description.

  • Fees: Hibid cards will be charged for shipping, insurance, and a $6.99 handling fee per shipment.

  • Risk: Harris Real Estate & Auction is not responsible for lost, broken, or damaged packages. Insurance claims are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Address Accuracy: Buyers must ensure their Hibid shipping address is correct.


5. Lot Condition

  • No Guarantees: All items are sold As-Is, Where-Is. Descriptions are made in good faith but are not guaranteed.

  • Inspection Responsibility: Buyers should inspect lots in person or online prior to bidding.

6. Auction Closing

  • Auto-Extend: Any bid placed within the last 2 minutes of closing will extend that lot’s time by 2 minutes.

  • Required: A valid credit card is required to register.

  • Authorization: By registering, bidders authorize Harris Real Estate & Auction to charge the card on file for all purchases.

  • No-Show Fee: A $25 fee may be charged for unpaid accounts after the posted pickup deadline.

  • Limitations: Credit cards will not be accepted for purchases over $2,000.


8. Auctioneer’s Discretion

  • Modifications: Harris Real Estate & Auction reserves the right to change auction dates/times, or remove/re-catalog items due to emergencies or technical issues.

  • Right to Refuse: Bids may be rejected for any reason.

  • Legal Obligation: All accepted bids are binding legal contracts.

9. Seller Confirmation
